How we judge ourselves is more important than how we are judged by other people.
Self-confidence arises when we judge ourselves in the way we want to be and not by how we ought to be. Trying to behave in the way that you’re think you ought to be is like imagining that you can pull yourself up by your own bootstraps or shoelaces. It’s an impossible feat because it’s a contradiction in terms either your doing what you ought to do or you are not and if you are not doing what you ought to do then it’s only really a question of what do you really want to do and if not why aren’t you doing it?
Angry emotions is just disappointment expressed inward. So from that point I started reevaluating how I rated myself. Rate yourself too low and you’ll lack motivation. Rate yourself too highly and you’ll not meet your expectation. So how can I “rate” myself to produce “reasonable” results?

1. First it helps to realize that analysis leads to paralysis and that, when you see yourself paralyzed with worry it’s time to take action. So what can you do to overcome worry by taking action.
2. First it’s important to learn how to prioritize your goals Rome wasn’t built in a day it takes time to develop into something special and nobody and nothing is perfect but through daily improvement is how you can help to rate and make things better.
3. Don’t be hard on yourself even when this view isn’t shared by other people.
I know this can be difficult most people being too hard on themselves too share problems with motivation but sometimes your motivation and discipline isn’t the problem but rather choosing the right direction and the right course of actions to direct it.
This is comparable to finding a goal that without a map or proper preparation planning how to set and reach a goal is impossible. Proper planning is equal to making a proper effort that where proper planning is concerned when a plan is made with the right directions it’s inevitable that you’ll succeed in reaching your intended destination but to form a plan without mapping how you intend to reach your destination is going on a fools errand.
4. Making that you’re making proper plans and that you’re giving yourself time even if other people are trying to rush you wanting your “results” to fit in with their schedule then you’ve got to be patient with yourself. It takes time to learn something new where you’re bound to make mistakes but the only people who succeed are those that study their mistakes like taking lessons to see what it is that they would want to change and how they would want to change it.
5. So what are some of the mistakes you’ve made in your life? At times this is something where it can be difficult to be honest they say, you can kid most of the people most of the time but that you can’t kid all people all of the time but that there is one person that you are never really kidding and that person is yourself. Sooner or later you’ll have to admit your mistakes perhaps if not in this life then the next one. Most of us live our lives as a contradiction thinking of ourselves one way but behaving in another but usually what we do is to ignore this contradiction though it doesn’t go completely unnoticed by other people. But the real question is not what other people can do or would do but what can you do about it. Only you can take charge by controlling your life.
6. Then besides self-honesty you have to learn how to be focused. Being focused means knowing what you want to do now rather than later. I for example am wanting to start and internet business but my “business” is to create a business that is mostly “content” generated in other words what more important to me that SEO (search engine Optimization) or list building is generating traffic through creating interesting articles that people want to read there are many internet marketers that I find their content is boring or even offensive where I feel they’re trying to spam me if not con me turning me off to the whole marketing idea. So my idea of success is to define my goals and priorities around what I consider “good marketing” whether that agrees with other peoples :perceptions or expectations.
7. Now that being said, I do believe that I’ve got to set my own expectation regarding what I want but again set your expectation too high you’re likely to be disappointed too low and your likely to falter in motivation so how should I set my expectations?
Set your expectations according to your own standards. That is your own priorities in life and in the order that you want to apply them.
Social proof it a critical thing when providing great content for a website where people like to read your articles because there is something that they feel is credible about your story and what your content is about. moreover I make a point of writing every day because writing frequently is how you learn how to write and to become proficient sometimes I’ve written as many as 20 or 3o articles a day.
Then finally rate yourself not by what you say but by what you really believe about yourself sometimes this can be difficult to distinguish. The things you say most of the time you’re saying for other people to placate impress or negotiate but we don’t usually talk about ourselves in an honest way because how we are and how we behave depends more on what we are really believing and not necessary on the things that we say though that would be nice if everything worked that way. So be sure to practice knowing what you believe so that with the right beliefs you can take the right actions.
